I was tagged by Robert so this is my late response to the meme.
1.I believe that what we believe can change over time.
2.I believe Canada is one of the best countries to live in the world.
3.I believe that even though our world seems to be upside down, Christ is our only hope.
4.I believe in driving fuel-efficient cars like the new hybrids and VW diesels.
5.I believe in the Apostles’ Creed.
6.I believe that developing countries in the south will one day emerge to becoming the developed world.
7.I believe that the institution church should be fluid and that it is always changing.
8.I believe that we can never predict the future.
9.I believe that the word of God is not only the written logos word and the manifest word of God in Jesus Christ, but that it’s also the spoken rhema word of God.
10.I believe that while the world is getting better in some respects, it is always fluid, and therefore, also getting worst in other respects.

TC, we too easily get stuck on the institution. It’s a distraction to the real thing–Jesus.

Kevin, thanks for tagging me. In fact that’s the second time I’ve been tagged for this one. So here’s just one random belief: I believe that I’m about to be married to the most wonderful woman in the world. But she might stand me up if I spend too much time blogging when there are just two weeks to go. So I’ll leave it there.

Regarding #7, if so, then we need to move away from the church as an institution. That’s eliminate more than half the problem. 😀
